Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is required.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The strap shows signs of wear, damage, or has any marks, including the presence of aftershave, cigarette smell, etc.
You have ordered a custom strap. These items are custom-made and non-stock, so we are unable to resell them. All custom orders are final and non-refundable.
Please note that all products remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed shipping service to ensure delivery. If a tracked and signed method is not used, the customer assumes all risks, including any issues with return postage and lost items.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account or payment method.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us [email protected].
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
